Chad Vermeer
Owner & Operations Lead
With over 25 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vermeer Construction. A licensed residential and commercial contractor, Chad has held licenses in the Denver metro area and surrounding counties, including Jefferson, Douglas, and Arapahoe, for more than 15 years. As a Colorado resident since 1982, Chad has an in-depth understanding of the local industry landscape, enabling him to deliver exceptional results for clients across the region. In his role as Operations Lead, Chad works closely with his licensed supervisor, Cam, to manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and efficiently. His focus on translating big-picture ideas into actionable plans drives the success of the business, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Originally from Iowa, Chad attended Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their three children. A passionate outdoorsman, Chad is an avid hunter, fisherman, and camper, and is deeply committed to his faith and family.
Cameron Vermeer
Field Supervisor & Foreman
Cam serves as the Licensed Field Supervisor and Foreman at Vermeer Construction Inc., where he has been a full-time team member for the past two years. In close partnership with company owner Chad, Cam plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations—including project scheduling, on-site contractor coordination, and ensuring that each phase of construction runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Cam leads Vermeer Construction’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on expanding the company’s digital presence and engagement through strategic social media efforts.
Cam holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Metropolitan State University of Denver. His educational background complements his hands-on role in the field, allowing him to bring practical leadership to every project.
Outside of work, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, and their newborn daughter. He is passionate about his faith, values time with family and friends, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and sports.
